A project of the California Coalition for Black Birth Justice, The California Birth Equity Link is a powerful tool and resource to advance the movement towards Black Birth Equity.
The California Black Birth Justice Link uses data to map and track California’s collective progress towards Black birth equity through visualizing the state’s organizational infrastructure and capacity and the overall policy landscape.

Mission
To unify and strengthen that Black birth justice movement in California.
Vision
A California that champions and supports safe and joyous, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum outcomes for all Black families across the state. We imagine a California that invests in Black women’s leadership, innovation, and collaboration in order to move the needle on racial birth inequities.
Values
We believe in racism as a root cause of these disparities, in Black leadership, in centering Black joy, and the importance of radical imagination.
