This platform (the "Site") is operated by Axis Maps for the California Coalition for Black Birth Justice (CCBBJ), fiscally sponsored by the Public Health Institute (PHI). These Terms govern access and use of the Site and its content.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

  • Access may require sign-in via Google. Keep credentials confidential and do not share access.
  • You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security concerns.

3) Acceptable Use

Do not:

  • Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
  • Scrape, bulk download, or resell Site content
  • Upload malicious code or misuse forms and submission features
  • Harass, threaten, or violate privacy of individuals or organizations listed

4) Content and Accuracy

  • Organization and policy information is provided "as is" and may change.
  • CCBBJ and Axis Maps disclaim warranties and do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Report corrections via the "Suggest a correction" form; approved changes will be reflected with a "Last updated" timestamp.

5) Data You Submit

  • By submitting content (e.g., corrections, links, files), you grant CCBBJ and Axis Maps a non-exclusive license to review, store, and display it for Site operations.
  • Do not submit confidential, PHI/PII beyond what forms request, or copyrighted material without permission.

6) Privacy

  • We collect minimal data for authentication, analytics, and support.
  • See the Site's Privacy Notice for details on cookies, logs, and retention.
  • Support emails may be routed to CCBBJ and Axis Maps for handling.

7) Intellectual Property

  • Site code and design © Axis Maps; CCBBJ content © respective owners.
  • Trademarks and logos belong to their owners and may not be used without consent.

8) Third-Party Services

  • Authentication and hosting may rely on third parties (e.g., Google). Their terms apply where relevant.

9) Changes and Availability

  • Features and access may change without notice.
  • We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of changes.
